We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Each item is embroidered to order, carefully crafted and tailored for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch (longer during busy periods). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details

UK Orders

  • Free shipping on orders over £45
  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked (usually delivered within 1–3 working days of dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on location or unforeseen delays)
  • Tracking details provided once your order has been dispatched

International Orders

  • Europe: 7–10 days after dispatch
  • USA: 10–15 days after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
  • Rest of the world: Delivery times vary depending on location
  • Tracking details provided once your order has been dispatched

For international customers: For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for parcels once shipped

Returns & Refunds

Each item is handmade to order - embroidered with care and attention to detail, making every piece unique. Because of this, returns and refunds are not possible. Please check sizing, colours, and details carefully before ordering

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos
